How do I know what program is suitable for myself or my organization?

Most people and employers tend to be confused on choosing the right business training workshop or program to fit their needs financially and developmentally. Upon initial consultation, we utilize corporate diagnostic tools to determine you or your company's weak and strong areas that need improvement and/or development. Call us and we will be more than happy to help you choose the most appropriate and suitable program.

2. What are the prices for the training programs?

Prices of our services vary. However, one of our customer service representatives would be very happy to assist you in creating a reasonable customized package.

3. What payments are acceptable?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and PayPal.

4. Is there a payment installment option available?

Yes, there are payment installment options available to individuals and to companies. Please ask one of our specialists about the installment option plans.

5. What is the cancelation policy?

SpaceEvent, LLC offers a 100% refund if canceled within one month (30 days) of the first day of training. We offer a 50% refund if canceled up to two weeks before the first day of training. Services or trainings canceled up to a week before the first day of training will be issued a 25% refund. All paid and confirmed learners who do not attend scheduled training or services are liable for the entire fee and are not refunded.

6. Is there live help available via phone to assist with services and programs selections?

Yes we have live customer services available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Monday thru Friday. All messages left on our voicemail system will be returned within 24 hours.

7. Would the training staff come to my location or is the training location arranged offsite?

Our training can be facilitated onsite or at an offsite location. The locations of all trainings, including customer service training programs, are arranged during consultation.

8. What geographical areas are covered?

We are based out of New York City. However, we provide services to all 50 U.S. States and most major cities worldwide.

9. How qualified are your trainers and specialists?

All of our trainers and specialists are qualified to train and teach all services provided by SpaceEvent, LLC. Our specialists and trainers are from diverse educational and professional backgrounds. Since we offer certificate programs and services, all specialists and trainers are required to be trained by our SpaceEvent, LLC leadership team prior entering the field.

10. Are the listed corporate training services and programs certified?

Yes. We provide learners with certificates upon completion of every training or program.

11. Can brochures be ordered?

Yes. You can request a brochure via email or phone.

12. Dress code expectations?

Business casual is our preferred dress code.
